Thank You for choosing La Beauty Boutique.  Read the following booking policies below. I look forward to lashing you soon !

• I can not refill anyone's work but my own.
• You MUST come to your appointment free of makeup around the eye area. Preferably no makeup 24-48 hours prior to appointments.  A $10 fee will be charged for removal if you fail to remove makeup before appointment. Coming to your appointment with makeup around the eye area causes the under eye patch to slip also affecting how the tape sticks and creates an issue during the lashing process. The cleaner the lash the better your retention will be. Lash extensions DO NOT stick to dirty lashes, book a lash bath to ensure the best retention. 
• NO MASCARA. NO CONTACTS. LASHES MUST BE CLEAN.
• $20  NONREFUNDABLE / NONTRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required to book all appointments.
• 48 HOUR CANCELATION GRACE PERIOD, ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT TIME PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR SERVICE.
• ALL remaining balances must be paid in cash at the time of your appointment. Please bring exact change! Any payments other than cash will result in a 10% fee this includes Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and Quick Pay! 
• You MUST book your fills ahead of time, if you wait until last minute and can't get an appointment for your 2 week fill, you will have to book for a full set.
• Deposit can NOT be used towards another appointment , you can REBOOK not reschedule.
• If you have extensions on from another lash tech, you must let me know prior to your appointment. Lash bath and removal is an additional fee.
• 10 minutes late results is $30 late fee.
• 15 minutes late or more is considered a NO SHOW and your appointment will be CANCELLED. Which will then result in a forfeit of your deposit and no-show charge. 
• ALL NO CALL,NO SHOW clients will be charged the FULL service fee. 3 NO SHOWS will result in NO LONGER belong able to book future appointments!
• Exact address is given the day before appointment date.
• Please do not bring any extra guests with you to any appointments! There will be an extra $20 fee *per person* if any guests do come with you to an appointment.
